Who we are

Using the website

The site is provided for information, catalogue browsing, and to request a viewing or enquiry. You must use it lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, scrape in an abusive way, or misuse forms or appointment requests.

Catalogue, descriptions, and images

Gemstone names, weights, measurements, origins, treatments, photographs, and videos are given in good faith for identification. Natural stones vary. Colour on screen depends on your display. Images and 360° views are illustrative and may not show every inclusion or characteristic.

Where a laboratory report is mentioned, that report is the reference for the stone. You should review any report before purchase. We do not warrant that every description is free from error.

Pricing and availability

This website is not an online shop. Listings are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance. Many gemstones are priced on request. Any price shown is indicative only and may change. Availability can change without notice — stones may be reserved, sold, or withdrawn.

A sale is formed only when we confirm it in writing (including email) after a viewing, enquiry, or agreed terms. Until then, nothing on the site creates a contract to sell a particular stone.

Appointments and enquiries

Viewings at Hatton Garden are by appointment only. Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we reply. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you.

We may decline or rearrange an appointment. Trade enquiries may be subject to additional terms given at the time.

Intellectual property

Website design, text, photographs, video, and branding are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use them to sell gemstones or imply our endorsement without written consent.

Third-party services

Links to laboratories, maps, WhatsApp, or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that service's terms also apply.

Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on catalogue information alone, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Consumer rights under UK law, where they apply, are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence where the law allows.
