Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Ceylon Gems London aims to make www.ceylongemslondon.com usable by as many people as possible. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where it is practical for a catalogue of gemstone photography and video.

What we do

• Semantic headings, labels, and focus states on interactive controls.
• Keyboard access to navigation, forms, and the gemstone viewer.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
• Colour contrast using our navy, ivory, and gold palette for text and primary actions.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images where they are not decorative.

Known limits

Fine gemstone photography, 360° views, and video are central to how we show colour and cut. Some visual detail cannot be fully conveyed in text. If you need a description of a particular stone, or help using the site, please ask — we will describe the stone and can arrange a private viewing at Hatton Garden.

Get in touch
